Introducing the first-ever single midpipe for the G90/G99 M5 engineered by MAD to completely transform the car’s character and give the new M5 the sound it truly deserves.

The factory exhaust leaves a lot on the table, but this midpipe fixes that immediately. By converting the system into a true 5-inch single, the G90/G99 gains a deep, powerful, and aggressive tone while remaining incredibly clean in the midrange. With the exhaust pulses merged into one oversized pipe, the sound comes through with zero rasp, zero drone, and a richness the stock system simply can’t deliver.

We maximized every inch of available space underneath the car to build the largest midpipe the platform can physically support. The result is a tone that’s fuller, deeper, and more refined all while retaining the signature aggression an M5 should have from day one.

Whether paired with the stock axle-back or the MAD axle-back, this midpipe brings the entire system to life.
