**Credit Cards**

**Product Orders**
For orders containing multiple items, we will strive to ship all products simultaneously. Items that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be sent as they become available, unless otherwise instructed by you. Once a credit card transaction is processed for an item, the order is non-refundable with a 3.5% restocking fee, regardless of whether the items have shipped, due to credit card processing regulations. No refunds are available for pre-order items, as deposits are non-refundable.
**Order Acceptance Policy**
The receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not indicate our acceptance of your order or confirm our offer to sell. CForce Performance reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time after it has been received.
**Other Conditions**

**Out-of-Stock Products**
