Refund policy


**Shipments**  
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all parts carefully. If any items are damaged or missing, you must notify us within 24 hours—no exceptions.

** CANCELLATION POLICY**  
Once a credit card transaction is processed for an item, the order is non-refundable with a 3.5% restocking fee, regardless of whether the items have shipped, due to credit card processing regulations. No refunds are available for pre-order items, as deposits are non-refundable.

**Return Requests**  
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date. For returns due to buyer's remorse, the end user is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition. We recommend packaging returns securely and using a tracking method. For high-value items, shipping insurance is advisable, as refunds cannot be issued for lost or damaged returns.

We implement a standard 20% restocking fee on all  returns  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, resalable condition.

For your protection, we recommend shipping the item(s) with insurance, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged return shipments. Please note that a refund may not be issued if the item(s) have been lost or damaged during the return process.

This fee covers the original shipping costs incurred to send the product to you.

In the case of fulfillment errors resulting in the shipment of incorrect products, CForce Performance will address the issue at our expense. For assistance with returns, please contact customer service.

**Warranty Information**  
Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are not transferable to subsequent buyers. Other manufacturers' warranty policies are applicable to their respective products and are not covered by CForce Performance. We do not offer any warranty on labor, all parts are installed at your own risk. 

Any parts warranty will be voided if the product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, modifications, or any use that contradicts the provided installation instructions. Installation costs are not covered under warranty.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY And Carry NO WARRANTY outside of manufacturer or OEM defects.

**Late or Missing Refunds**  
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be processed. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@cforceperf.com

**Exchanges**  
Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@cforceperf.com

**Shipping for Returns**  
All Returns must be prior authorized by contacting support@cforceperf.com and given a RMA#

Any return shipped without a valid RMA# will not be accepted.
