Application: 2023+ C8 Corvette Z06 / 5.5L V8 engine with NPP exhaust
Our design objective was clear: NO COMPROMISES! Every aspect of the exhaust has been carefully imagined, engineered, and manufactured to reality. Our team set out to build a cat-back exhaust that would set the standard in the C8 market. 304 Stainless components are expertly TIG welded throughout, ensuring you are purchasing a product of the highest quality. A brushed machine finish is an extra touch, letting you know your product has been made with American Pride. A Cast X-Pipe creates an ultra-smooth transition while maximizing scavenging effects to produce power. Our mufflers feature a 2.25" straight-through resonated design to eliminate restrictions while producing a loud, deep, sophisticated exhaust note. With sound valves closed, the flow path is routed through three separate chambers, eliminating drone and resulting in the perfect sound at all throttle positions. Available in three tip options, allowing you to personalize your supercar's look.
EXHAUST SYSTEM OVERVIEW / FEATURES
DESIGN
- Symmetry: Your LT6 is symmetrical; we painstakingly measured the engine bay to create a fully symmetrical design for the left and right banks.
- Designed to be 100% bolt-on. No cutting, welding, or fabricating required.
MATERIAL, FINISH, CONSTRUCTION
- 304 Stainless Steel used throughout: flanges, flex joints, valve bodies, mufflers, hangers, clamps, and tips.
- Machined brushed finish components and tubing.
- TIG welded using back purging techniques versus competitors’ inferior MIG welding.
FLANGES
- CNC milled from billet stainless for a precision fit to the exhaust manifolds.
- Superior to competitors’ waterjet or plasma-cut flanges, which are typically rough, warped, and poor-fitting.
TUBING
- Made by RATH GIBSON, the leading USA manufacturer of precision welded tubing.
- All tubing is 304SS with 0.065" wall thickness, 3" diameter for main tubing, and 2.25" for inner tips.
- CNC mandrel bent for constant diameters and quality-checked with state-of-the-art Hexagon Metrology Romer Arms.
FLEX JOINTS
- 100% 304 Stainless Steel, including the end caps and collars.
- Features a smooth interlock interior for maximum flow versus competitors’ corrugated interiors.
X-PIPE CROSSOVER
- Stainless Steel Cast X-Pipe for an ultra-smooth transition.
- Maximizes scavenging effects to produce the most power.
Y-PIPE CROSSOVERS
- Stainless Steel Cast Y-Pipes for an ultra-smooth transition from the valved section to the mufflers.
- Ultra Smooth flow paths to minimizes losses the exhaust valves are closed.
- No Odd Resonance like our competitors, its a Z06 not a boat
MUFFLERS
- Heavy wall stainless bodies with a 2.25" straight-through design for maximum horsepower.
- Internal triple-chambered sound absorption eliminates drone with valves closed.
VALVES
- Rattle-free, patent-pending design.
- Custom actuator holders made from billet aluminum act as heat sinks to prolong the actuator motor's life.
WEIGHT
- The stock C8 Z06 valved cat-back weighs 59lbs.
- The AutoSpeed Cat-Back weighs __lbs for base system then +6.5lbs for Carbon Tips/Clamps, +8.5lbs Polished, Black Tip Versions

TIPS
We offer three tip styles, all with a 4.5” outer diameter for an aggressive yet tasteful aesthetic:
- Polished Stainless: Slanted dual wall with embossed logos.
- Black Chrome: Slanted dual wall with laser-etched logos.
- Carbon Fiber Shroud: Single-wall stainless with color logos.
Our Flex, The Outer Mesh Braid, Bellow, Interlocking internal liners (Maximize Flow), End Caps and collars are custom-made to our specifications from 100% 304 Stainless Steel. We do not utilize Aluminized steel in our flex joints. Our bellows will never rust offering you a long service life.
Clamps, Vital to ensuring a leak-proof seal and long service life are high quality clamps. We utilize heavy duty all 304 Stainless Steel T-Bolt and Accuseal clamps to meet our specifications.
Flanges, we design all flanges to be strong and fit the factory mating systems perfectly. Precision machined on our in-house Mills and Lathes from billet stainless materials. No rough plasma or waterjet components here.
TIG NOT MIG – Valuing true craftsmanship over speed and profits, we would argue the “T” stands for talent, as only skilled welders can stack the dimes and create a truly inspiring bespoke piece of art. We tend to think the “M” stands for minion as anyone can squeeze a trigger and let the sparks fly and spatter where they may.
All joking aside, the TIG method creates a lighter and superior weld in terms of control and penetration when it comes to welding components together. Plus it just looks insanely cool
