C8 Corvette Latch Plate Inserts

 This product allows customization of the C8RallyDriver Designs anodized red, black or blue C8 Corvette Latch Plate with factory painted color inserts or gloss carbon fiber inserts.  These inserts will not fit the GM plastic factory latch cover.  Inserts are 2mm thick and the carbon fiber inserts will have the strands oriented towards the center of the latch plate in a V pattern.

Included

Four factory color painted (gloss painted 2mm aluminum inserts) or four gloss carbon fiber 2mm inserts and 3M VHB adhesive tape pre-installed.

Fitment

C8RallyDriver Designs C8 Corvette Latch Plate ONLY.  Does NOT fit the factory plastic C8 Corvette latch cover. 

The C8 Corvette Latch Plate compliments the C8RallyDriver Designs Access Covers and C8 Rear Hatch Support Brackets. This is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory plastic latch cover and will deliver a massive improvement in style and appearance.

No modifications are required and installation takes about 30 minutes using the factory washers and supplied stainless steel fasteners. 

Finish is hard anodized black, anodized red or anodized blue.  If you want to add a flash of color or customize, you can select the optional factory paint color inserts, Edge Red inserts (to match your brake and valve covers), or gloss carbon fiber inserts. The inserts are also machined billet components that are professionally finished in a gloss clear coat factory finish. If you choose carbon fiber, the inserts are real carbon fiber machined from 3K twill and weave orientation is consistent and angled the same on every piece produced.  This will ensure the weave is oriented to match the V-weave pattern of our Carbon Fiber Trunk Covers.  Packaged in a black presentation box that makes it the perfect gift for any Corvette C8 owner.
