Upon receiving your order, please inspect all parts carefully. If any items are damaged or missing, you must notify us within 24 hours—no exceptions.
**Return Requests**
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date. For returns due to buyer's remorse, the end user is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition. We recommend packaging returns securely and using a tracking method. For high-value items, shipping insurance is advisable, as refunds cannot be issued for lost or damaged returns.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a refund will be processed, minus a restocking fee of 7% for small items and 18% for larger items. This fee covers the original shipping costs incurred to send the product to you.
In the case of fulfillment errors resulting in the shipment of incorrect products, CForce Performance will address the issue at our expense. For assistance with returns, please contact customer service.
**Warranty Information**
Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are not transferable to subsequent buyers. Other manufacturers' warranty policies are applicable to their respective products and are not covered by CForce Performance.

**American Car Craft Warranty and Return Policy**
American Car Craft LLC provides a one-year warranty for all non-LED products, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the original purchaser and the original vehicle. LED parts have a six-month warranty. Shipping costs for defective items are covered under this warranty. Please note that warranties do not cover molding or vinyl graphics.
The warranty will be voided if the product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, modifications, or any use that contradicts the provided installation instructions. Installation costs are not covered under warranty.
**Returns and Exchanges for American Car Craft**
American Car Craft takes extra precautions to insure that all items are packaged in a way to avoid any shipping damage. If shipping damage does occur, the shipper and ACC must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
American Car Craft stands behind our products 100% and will help with installation, damage during installation is not the responsibility of American Car Craft and does NOT warrant a free replacement. Feel free to call or e-mail us with any questions, 727.861.1500 or sales@americancarcraft.com .
All returns require preauthorization before refunds, exchanges or credits will be processed. American Car Craft will make every effort to satisfy your needs.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from order date, with approval only. A standard 20% restock fee will be deducted from refund amount. Any unauthorized return is subject to a 25% restock fee.
Hood Panels: To ensure fairness, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned hood panels. This fee covers the significant crate and shipping costs incurred when handling these large and specialized items.
The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges incurred in the process of placing the order and returning any part of the order. Returned packages must be sent prepaid, COD packages will be refused and returned at customer's expense. It is recommended that all returns be insured and shipped with a carrier providing a method of tracking in the event the shipment is lost or damaged.
If you are not satisfied with your product it must be returned in new condition. If any scratches, dents, or any other discernable marks from an installation or improper handling are found your return will be denied.
Custom made items are NOT returnable.
EXPORT VEHICLE FITMENT
Most vehicle manufacturers make changes to vehicles for export out of the US. These changes may affect the fitment of AMERICAN CAR CRAFT accessories. Since AMERICAN CAR CRAFT does not have access to these vehicles we cannot be held responsible for proper fitment in these situations. If your vehicle or your customer's vehicle was manufactured for export, please be aware that we cannot guarantee fitment and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. AMERICAN CAR CRAFT is not responsible for any fitment issues that may arise and will not offer a refund of the part outside of our normal return policy or shipping costs.

**Auto Addict Return Policy**
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued, minus a 15% restocking fee, and will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
**Late or Missing Refunds**

**AGMotorsports Return Policy**
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order—no exceptions. Please email
support@cforceperf.com to request a cancellation. A full refund will be issued only if the order has not shipped or is not pending shipment or fabrication. Once items are shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you choose to cancel after shipment, you will be responsible for both the initial shipping and return shipping costs, along with a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received.
Once a credit card transaction is processed for an AGM item, the order is non-refundable with a 7% restocking fee, regardless of whether the items have shipped, due to credit card processing regulations. No refunds are available for pre-order items, as deposits are non-refundable.
