PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. CForce Performance reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept.
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. CForce Performance reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any developments as they come.
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from CForce Performance, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s),

Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment received date. Buyer's remorse returns do require the end user to ship the item back to us. Items must arrive in the original box in new resalable condition. Please make sure you package returns well and use tracking. If the item is expensive we also suggest the use of shipping insurance. If the item returns damaged refund cannot be given.
Once the item(s) are delivered & inspected for re-sale, a refund will be issued less a 7%-18% re-stock fee depending on the size of the package. Large items expect 18%, small items expect 7%. This is to cover freight costs that we paid for to get the item to you.
Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products, Cforce will correct at our expense. Please contact customer service contact for assistance with any return.
Warranty of products only apply to the original purchaser. They do not apply to second hand sales. Other manufactures policies apply to their own products and are not warrantied by Cforce.
AMERICAN CAR CRAFT LLC warrants all non-LED products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the product purchase date for the original purchaser, for the original vehicle the item was purchased for and a 6-month warranty for LED parts. Shipping on a defective item is covered under American Car Craft's warranty. The warranty will not cover molding or vinyl graphics. 6-month warranty for LED parts.
The warranty will be void if the product fails due to: Misuse, Abuse, Accident, Improper Installation, Modifications, or uses that contradict the installation instructions that are provided with each unit. The cost of installation or design is not covered under warranty.
American Car Craft takes extra precautions to insure that all items are packaged in a way to avoid any shipping damage. If shipping damage does occur, the shipper and ACC must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
American Car Craft stands behind our products 100% and will help with installation, damage during installation is not the responsibility of American Car Craft and does NOT warrant a free replacement. All returns require preauthorization before refunds, exchanges or credits will be processed. American Car Craft will make every effort to satisfy your needs. Returns Will be accepted up to 30 days from order date, with approval only. A standard 17% restock fee will be deducted from refund amount.
The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges incurred in the process of placing the order and returning any part of the order. Returned packages must be sent prepaid, COD packages will be refused and returned at customer's expense. It is recommended that all returns be insured and shipped with a carrier providing a method of tracking in the event the shipment is lost or damaged.
If you are not satisfied with your product it must be returned in new condition. If any scratches, dents, or any other discernable marks from an installation or improper handling are found your return will be denied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, we will collect a 15% restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@autoaddictusa.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All cancellations must be made within 24 hour safter the order is placed. NO EXEPTIONS! Please email support@cforceperf.com if you're needing to cancel an item. Email with time stamp will be used to determine cancellation eligibility. We will issue a full refund for you if the order has not been shipped and/or is not pending shipment or fabrication. Once the products are shipped, the order CANNOT be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once is has been shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping freight charge, the return freight charge, and a 10% restocking fee. Please allow 5-7 business days to process the refund once the item is received. Once a credit card is processed for a purchase of a AGM item on our site, the order is non refundable without a 7% restocking fee, even if the items have not shipped. This is because of regulations set forth by the credit card processing companies. We cannot reverse a card without a 7% fee. There are no refunds on Pre-Order parts. Pre-Order deposits are non refundable.
SHIPMENTS:
Upon receiving your order from us, you must inspect all parts. If any parts are damaged or missing in shipping we must be notified with 24 hours. NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURNS:
Item details and pictures are accurate representations of the item you are purchasing, therefore we DO NOT accept returns due to customer negligence when purchasing. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any unauthorized packages returned without packaging or RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect an COD packages will not be accepted. There are Absolutely no refunds for and used items regardless of damage or performance, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
WARRANTY:
AGMotorsports Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers the following: ALL"AGM EXCLUSIVE" labeled products from welding and craftsmanship defects ONLY, Also excludes carbon clear coat damage from excessive abuse, heat, or damage. AGMotorsports warranty covers the original purchaser ONLY for the life of his/her ownership of said items.
AGMotorsports, any of its affiliates, agents and or owner(s) will not be responsible or held responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly to any vehicle, motorcycle, OR and person. Due to the nature of the products we sell, unless otherwise stated. ALL PRODUCTS ARE FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY And Carry NO WARRANTY outside of manufacture or OEM defects. AGMotorsports, it's affiliates, employees, owner(s) and or agents will not be held responsible for any and all charges related to inspections, service, vehicle manufacture warranty an or labor of said items. It is the purchasers sole responsibility to coincide with any local or state regulations
All items sent in for warranty will receive a full inspection, and fix or replace as necessary. It is at the discretion of AGMotorsports to decide whether to replace or fix the product in question. If we inspect the item and notice any abuse, neglect, OR any other sign of misuse, the warranty will be voided and the item will be sent back to the customer.
It is the customers sole responsibility to cover shipping to AGM for any warranty inspections. If an item is deemed NOT under warranty, the customer is obligated to pay 100% of the shipping to return the item back to them.
Upon receiving your newly purchased item from AGM, in order to validate your warranty you must email the serial number(s), and invoice number to Sales@agmotorsports.net within 10 days from delivery to register your warranty. Please include your full name, year, make, model, phone number and address. there are NO exceptions. If info is not received withing 10 days of receipt of purchase, the warranty is void.
Shipping Time - Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Free Shipping - Only available on orders for the United States. To be eligible for free shipping a minimum of $99.00 pre-tax is required to qualify free shipping.
If free shipping is not attained then a minimum $13.99 charge will automatically applied. American Car Craft accessories, AGM products do NOT qualify for free shipping and will be charged applicable shipping charges based on location.
TAXES
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where CForce Performance holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CForce Performance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect
